Approach: Four Pillars

This journey is concentrated on getting your brand closer to the end consumer and focused on the following four pillars:

  1. Channel Leadership: This role reports directly to the CEO or President and is the liaison between the team on the ground and ownership.

  2. External Partner Audit: Ensure the channels in which we participate are optimized and your brand is maximizing its ROAS.

  3. Technical Review: Partner with your IT lead to help recommend and establish alignment with the proper providers.

  4. Organizational Design: Identify and empower channel zealots. A smart, nimble and creative team is the goal.
