The Four Pillars

This journey is concentrated on getting your brand closer to the end consumer and focused on the following four pillars:

1. Channel Leadership:

·      This role reports directly to the CEO or President

·      Acts as the liaison between brand strategy, the business goals and the on the ground team.

·      Drives the delivery of business goals through a robust digital presence that intersects with your analog efforts.

2. External Partner Audit:

·      Sit alongside performance marketing partners that drive the team and allow us to scale sustainably.

·      Optimized channel participation by early adoption of appropriate emerging channels that house prospective customers aligned with the brand.  

3. Technical Review:

·      Partner with your IT lead to help recommend and establish alignment with the proper providers.

·      Instill a sales and marketing first approach to how we pursue tech options. We use technology as an advantage that can be shared across the organization.

·  Utilize A.I. as a tool to enable the team, business and product to adapt while remaining true to our values-based goals.

4.Organizational Design:

·      Identify and empower channel zealots. A smart, nimble and creative team is a necessity.

·      Build a team driven by a disciplined KPI approach that breeds accountability, scalability and is repeatable across functionalities and geographies.
